日本軍國(guó)主義連同其獨(dú)裁軍政府在第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束時(shí)就已經(jīng)土崩瓦解了，戰(zhàn)后日本實(shí)行的是文官管理制度，防衛(wèi)大臣由作為國(guó)會(huì)議員的政治家擔(dān)當(dāng)，軍隊(duì)也只能以“自衛(wèi)隊(duì)”稱呼。但是，在安倍內(nèi)閣的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，日本正在實(shí)施并走向戰(zhàn)后第三個(gè)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)——“軍事大國(guó)”。目前，新安保相關(guān)法案正在參議院審議，如果該相關(guān)法案獲得國(guó)會(huì)通過，日本將實(shí)現(xiàn)“違憲立法”的舉措，“和平憲法”將名存實(shí)亡，日本的國(guó)家發(fā)展方向?qū)⒆龀鲋卮蟾淖?。維護(hù)亞洲的和平與安全是包括中國(guó)以及日本在內(nèi)的亞洲各國(guó)的共同責(zé)任和義務(wù)，中國(guó)作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó)責(zé)無旁貸。

On How Modern Japan Became a Militarist Country

—Based on the Analysis of the History of Thought

Abstract: Modern Japan is a typical militarist country. Based on the cultural gene, economic foundation and theoretical source of the Japanese militarism in the modern times, we can conduct a systematic analysis and scientific verification of the spirit of Bushido, the militarization of the Japanese economy in the 1930s, and the theoretical foundation for the Japanese militarism. This can provide theoretical support for us to accurately grasp the development history of modern Japanese militarism and the factors behind it. At the same time, it also has important reference value for understanding the inner factors behind how modern Japan became a military power as well as its future development direction.
