Theoretical Awakening: The Basis of the Communists' "Philosophy of the Mind"
Jiang Yingchun
Abstract: The Party spirit is a compulsory course for the communists' self-cultivation and improvement and is also their "Philosophy of the Mind". To do the Party spirit work well, the foundation and premise are that the communists must always be soberly aware in terms of their theory, that is, they should have a clear understanding of how scientific and practicable Marxism is as well as how it keeps up with the times. The "original mission" of the communists should be the proper meaning of the "Philosophy of the Mind" of contemporary Chinese communists. It is based on scientific theories and a thorough understanding of the laws governing the development of human society. Due to the strong impetus of the scientific truth of Marxism, the “original mission” of the Chinese communists has become a powerful spiritual force for promoting the persistent progress of the Chinese nation and the continuous development of the cause of socialism. Enhancing confidence in the path, theory, system and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the important content of the "Philosophy of the Mind" of contemporary Chinese communists and depends on whether they remain sober-minded about their theory. The great dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is the key aspiration of contemporary Chinese communists as well as what their "Philosophy of the Mind" mainly pursues. To stay faithful to the great dream, keeping a cool head in terms of the theory is also needed.
