總之,在“一帶一路”倡議下,中國(guó)企業(yè)在中東歐國(guó)家的投資承包工程項(xiàng)目會(huì)日益增多。中國(guó)企業(yè)在走進(jìn)中東歐國(guó)家的過(guò)程中,有機(jī)遇,有競(jìng)爭(zhēng),有挑戰(zhàn),也有困難。只要我們本著“和平合作、開(kāi)放包容、互學(xué)互鑒、互利共贏”的理念,堅(jiān)持“共商、共建、共享”的原則,遵守市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,依法做事,優(yōu)化管理,就能不斷進(jìn)步,取得更大的成就。

Chinese Enterprises' Contracting Experiences and Lessons in the European Countries
—Taking Transportation Construction Project as an Example

Abstract: Over the past decade, China has gradually increased its contracted transportation construction projects in the Central and Eastern Europe. Successful experience of Chinese enterprises' contracting projects includes reasonable budget, quality management, compliance with laws, good communication, and dedication to society, while lessons include low-cost bidding, contempt of law, mismanagement, and unadapting to local environment. Chinese enterprises’ contracted construction projects in the Central and Eastern European countries are corporate actions operating under the conditions of market economy. Therefore, while taking into account the social impact, they must also pay attention to economic efficiency. Therefore, after the Chinese enterprises go global, they should fully consider the economic benefits, and cannot win a bid with a low price or even ultra-low price; use legal weapons to safeguard their own rights and interests; also learn from Europe and the United States about their advanced enterprise management system and quality inspection system; and finally, respect the local culture, religion and social customs, and maintain friendly relations with the local people.
